Is there an online service offered by anyone where I can send one of these maker.io projects that are assembled using a breadboard and have them do a custom circuit board that I can order from somewhere? The project I am looking at doing this for is the following:

I’m not aware of anyone offering a service like that.
We do have a service of DKRed, which you can order customer circuit boards, but the layout would have to be submitted with a Gerber or similar file. They do not design the circuit board for you. You would have to do that yourself.
Persons wishing to implement breadboard-based circuits in a more permanent fashion without learning PCB layout may want to consider these products, which are pre-fabricated PCBs having a breadboard-style interconnect pattern.
