Circular Connector Contacts are male or female terminals that are used in circular connectors. The available types are coaxial, fluidic, machined, power, quadrax, radsok, signal, stamped, thermocouple, triax, and twinax. They come as either pins or sockets and range in contact size from 0 to 23.
SelectionCharacteristics
Type: Indicates the specific style of the contacts.
Contact Type: Indicates whether or not the contact is pin or socket.
Contact Size: Indicates the physical size of a contact, in terms of the size designation system used for the connector series in question.
Wire Gauge or Range - AWG: The wire size or size range with which a product is designed for use, expressed in terms of American Wire Gauge.
Wire Gauge or Range - mm²: The wire size or size range with which a product is designed for use, expressed in terms of cross-sectional area in square millimeters.
Wire Gauge or Range - Coaxial: Indicates the standard coaxial cable type(s) with which a contact is designed for use.
Contact Termination: Identifies how the contact attaches to the wire, such as crimp or solder.
Contact Material: Indicates the material composition of the contact.
Contact Finish: Indicates the finish/plating material applied to the contact.
Contact Finish Thickness: Indicates the thickness of the finish/plating material applied to the contact.
Termination Finish: Indicates the finish/plating material applied to the contacts terminal end.
Features: These are different capabilities or properties of the device such as right angle.
