Co2 infared sensor

Hello anyone , im have three sensor CapOne from nihon kohden , three sensor have the same fault , after connecting the device does not feel the sensor, i checked the capacitors ont the board but i cannot identify the elements with the 4CT marking code, it has x29 engraved on the bottom. Any help is very helpful

I don’t understand what kind of sensor this is.
Is it a CO2 or an infrared sensor?
Can you take a large photo of the top and bottom of the sensor?
Every letter, dots and line of the marking has a meaning.
Also need chip dimensions.

Wash it thoroughly with alcohol.
Take a good quality photo from above and below.
Take a photo of the marking from different angles.
Please provide the dimensions of the chip.
Each letter, number, dot, and dash on the marking is very important.
I found the name of all the chips on the board, except for 4CT.

yes data its correct , im found 70% of these , for ip2112a not have 100% sure. thank you
