Need help identifying this part

Any ideas what this is??? Part markings: 4BCXH 7606 and/or V1DWP 7606
I have two identical corroded PCB:s , one is equipped with the 4BCXH and the other one with the V1DWP.
The parts are probably the same. Thank you in advance.

HI,

The PCB layout suggests a power MOSFET, although ref U101 hints an IC.
Would bet a beer this is IRF7606.

@svenw, Looking at the Part Marking Information, it looks like @heke found the correct part.
