Could you tell me about this DigiKey part (150-DSC1001DI2-037.1250-ND)? Do you sell it unprogrammed? If so, can you program it for us to a specific frequency?

This is an oscillator series that DigiKey normally stocks as small quantities of devices pre-programmed to common frequencies, as well as in unprogrammed blank form to allow delivery of devices programmed to a customer-specified frequency.
It appears as if the blank stock may be depleted at present however. As an alternative, consider the SIT8008B series, which can be similarly programmed to order.
Most configurations indicated valid by SiTime’s part number generator can be programmed. Requests for listings of new configurations typically take a few business days, after which parts may be re-ordered as a standard item.
