Connecting wires?

I’m new to Scheme it, and I’m just making schematics for my own self so they don’t need to be extremely proper. Im just using them to help me visualize the schematic I’m designing.

I’m having an issue where I’m trying to “tap” into an existing wire between two system blocks and it won’t allow me to. Every time I try it just attempts to move the original wire, or ignores it and won’t connect to it. How can I force this to work or what do I need to change or add to make this work? Thanks!

Hello,

Welcome to the TechForum.

I tried many ways to duplicate this request but there is not a function to allow a wire to have more than 1 connection per run. You may have to add a small, boxed item to have this work and have it act like a splitter.

Thank you
Ryan

ok thank you!

Hello,
Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. When you are tapping into the wire hover on the wire with your cursor, left click your mouse and hold it. Move from the line and you should see a dotted red line, when you want to change direction with the line click your left mouse button to create an anchor point then move in the direction you want to go, every time you want to change direction click your left mouse button to create the anchor point.
