I need help identifying the connector and the pins used for the connector plugged into the PCB-mounted connector.

The pin pitch is approximate .060 in.

So when I click on the pitch I get these options: 4 Rectangular Connector Housings | Rectangular Connectors | Electronic Components Distributor DigiKey
They are not in stock and have pretty large minimums. You could look at other color options on this link to see if you could make any of these work: 4 Rectangular Connector Housings | Rectangular Connectors | Electronic Components Distributor DigiKey . They would be close to the pitch you have and they are in stock.
