Control Panel and relays to turn off whole circuits in panel

I want to be able to turn off circuits in a panel from a single location in the building. Basically turn off the whole circuit without going to the panel. Must pass electrical inspection also

Bonus if I could access and switch with my phone

The “2946-787-1668-ND” is what I was able to find for a breaker that is designed to allow for remote tripping. Please review this item for your needs.
