Please advise if the attached image is how the D201419 Cannon screw/lock is supposed to be assembled. The screw doesn’t look long enough.

The Below Head Height on that screw is 6.35mm. Given that the screw is intended to mate with a jackscrew type standoff, pictured below it’s going to be long enough.

If D20419 is supposed to be used with another standoff, then I don’t understand the purpose of D20419. Why not just use a long screw instead of D20419?

The intent of jackscrews is to provide a sturdy bushing for mounting and to physically mount the d-sub to the panel.

Is the 3d assembly correct? It looks like the clip is just hanging, not clipping onto the connector.

It’s just a retainer clip, it’s going to be a little loose until the screw gets tightened down.
