Nearest I can find is the combination of the TEP75-4812WI-CMF Railway qualified 12V 75W DC-DC converter and the TEP-MK1 DIN rail mounting kit for it.
It meets standards for EN50155 and EN45545-2. I could not find any info on whether it met EN50121-3-2, but it does specifically mention that it passes EN55011 class A and EN55032 class A for EMC.
