Compliance certificate
It should support Railway standard
Compliance to BS EN/EN45545-2 for fire protection or NFPA130 ;
Meet BS EN/EN50155 / IEC60571 including IEC61373 for shock & vibration,
BS EN/EN50121-3-2 for EMC

Welcome to the Digikey tech forum. I wasn’t able to find an exact match but take a look at Digikey part 1145-1285-ND as a possible option. You will need to verify the input voltage range and the certifications which are listed on the first page under “Features” here .

As I mentioned previously here - DC-DC CONVERTER, DIN rail mounted, details in body of the message - the EP75-4812WI-CMF in combination with the TEP-MK1 DIN rail mounting kit would likely fit all of your requirements, including the full input voltage range.
