DigiKey lib import to KiCad 6+

In Altium its possible to just fish up the symbols and footprints using the DigiKey partnr etc.

I have tried to import the KiCad Digikey libs but it seems not all products are in those on the git.

Are all the DigiKey components supposed to be in that lib? Or how is just a handful in those libs?

I’ve used the DK Library before. I believe it’s intended for general components. A QFP64, no matter the part number, will fit onto DKs QFP64 footprint. Same with SOT23, 0603, SOIC8. With general footprints it covers a very large fraction of parts. Is there a specific part you’re having trouble with?
