I’m working on a Mitsubishi heat pump power pcb. There was a power surge that took out the fuse, power resistor and the rectifier diodes. The diodes have V6 19 on them. Two of the diodes have high resistance both directions, two have low resistance both directions.
Are they zener diodes? What can I replace them with?
Hello,
Welcome to the TechForum.
I was not able to locate a good cross to offer as I was not able to match those part markings to our inventory. Even though I did not locate a part to offer someone else may be able to offer a match.
Thank you
Ryan
Thanks Ryan, I think the diode is a Shindengen D1N60. The V6 is the type and the 19 appears to be a date code. I have some coming. I’m going to try to repair the board myself and see if I can make it work before I plug in a new board I’ve ordered.
I couldn’t find the diode at DigiKey and had to order it elsewhere.
