It appears there are a few diode manufacturers that use BEM as a part marking.

If you could kindly provide a picture of the part it may assist in identification. Sometimes they have a maker’s mark (logo) on them.

I have attached photos of part and board. It is an inverter board in Allen Brandley VFD drive.

That appears to be a Vishay General Semiconductor logo.
