Good evening, I have a display with these features,GENERAL DESCRIPTION 1.1 Description The specificationis a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This model is composed of a TFT LCD panel, a driving circuit, a backlight system and 4-wire touch panel. This TFT LCD has a 4.3 (16:9) inch diagonally measured active display area with WQVGA (480 horizontal by 272 vertical pixels) resolution

and I would like to kindly know if these models are suitable 1481-EAR480X-43ALW-ND digikjey

and 1528-1869-ND

It would be hard to determine compatibility without knowing the part number of your original display and if it has a datasheet publicly available. The pinout and control commands would be important to match up.

I looked at the datasheets for the 2 options you listed above, and the 1528-1869-ND appears to have the same pinout as the datasheet link you provided.

You can check the Specifications Document for the 1528-1869-ND display, to verify the compatibility.
