I need to know DL-BDEV-10002-1A (BLUETOOTH DEVELOPERS LICENSE) is the BT license required
to get access to all hardware and software files for QCC5141 Earbuds design and other design resources?

Welcome to our technical forum user177. After looking into your request, I do not believe you actually have to purchase anything, but your company does need to be verified by them before they will let you log in to see the information.

I already did that. The data is incomplete.
I was told by a QUALCOMM engineer that to get full hardware and software files access i need to get BT license from Arrow. But i dont know which one is it and i cant seem to find any license on their site. Already contacted them but no response.
This will be an electronically delivered product which means you will need to watch your email for the proper codes and instructions to retrieve the product after you purchase it.
You can see in this snippet from the document that it is required.
I know that you have already visited the site but for posterity I will include this link to the Qualcomm product page for this product as all of the documentation, software, and hardware information is there.
