I have a 1706 macbook with a 820-00239 board.

All I find online is CSD58879Q3D ?

The top marking for the part you linked, CSD86350Q5D, would be 86350D.
We do not carry the CSD58879Q3D part, and I did not find a datasheet for it, so I can not say how well they would match up.
It would be best if you can find the CSD58879Q3D part. If it follows the format of the CSD86350Q5D markings, then it should be the 58879D part.
Maybe one of the engineers can take a look at the schematic, and give their opinion on the possible match.
Texas Instruments will not admit this part exists, looks like it is proprietary to the application.
Without documentation on this we’d be unable to advise if there is an equivalent part.
