I am control engineer looking for a DSP board to carry out processor in loop simulation for guidance and control application. Something in the range of 500 MHz to 2 GHz, with floating point operations.
I have found TI TMS320C6748 DSP and TI TMS320C6678 DSP boards but they seem to be obsolete, can you please suggest something equivalent or better?

After checking for a high enough frequency, and the Floating-Point, the only option I found was part number 505-ADZS-SC573-ELITE-ND, and Click here for the Datasheet.
I hope this will be compatible for your application.

505-ADSP-21565BSWZ10-ND along with EV-21569-SOM as a development board also seems to fit my requirement. Can you please confirm ?
Are there any other peripherals that I need? My application requires only a data link with my PC.

If you only need a data connection to a computer, you will need a micro USB-B to USB-A as EV-21569-SOM comes with only the board.
