EG21GGBTEA-128-SGNS is not a full dev kit; it is compatible with the UMTS-LTEEVB-KIT(https://www.digikey.ca/en/products/detail/quectel/UMTS-LTEEVB-KIT/13278276)
The antennas are included in the dev kit,
