With the information available on the label it is not possible to recommend a substitute.
It’s likely to be an encapsulated triple output, (+5V, +/-15V) supply but they offer many versions with those voltage outputs. In addition to variations in current for each voltage there are different insulation (safety) levels which are essential to be certain about before choosing a substitute.
