EVK-IQ9075M-STARTER-1.2 Item clarification

I’m looking at the Qualcomm IQ-9075 starter kit (DigiKey part 660-EVK-IQ9075M-STARTER-1.2-ND) and would like to check two things before we order:

1. Does the board come with its memory and storage fitted? Qualcomm’s product brief lists 36 GB LPDDR5 and 128 GB UFS.

2. Qualcomm’s full EVK (part 65-75699-700) also includes a Wi-Fi module and a cooling fan. Does the starter kit include these? If not, could you supply the full kit, or the missing parts, for delivery to Singapore?
