We are interested in having a copy of the free Feig IsoStart software used for testing and configuring Feig RFID Hardware. I tried to get it from Feig directly and they say that software is distributed through the hardware vendors. I looked around in the client portal but didn’t see it avaliable there. Is that something I can get access to?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. Unfortunately, I do not see that we have any Isostart program available, as the only software we carry that I can see are those found here. It is possible that a portal requiring special permissions to see exists, however. I have requested that our product specialist take a look and see if they have access to the download. I will advise what they find out when I hear back.

Each Feig reader that DigiKey sells has a pamphlet in the box that would direct you to the software/drivers. If you have that, it could work.
If that does not work or you do not have it, you can email us at Applications.Engineering@digikey.com with your sales order/invoice numbers and we should be able to assist.
