None of these seem to have the 2mm inner diameter I would expect based on the pin

Sorry, I didn’t catch that some of the connectors used with these use two sizes of pins.

Looks like the following would be 2mm SC000045

I think it is 2.4mm, which may be too loose for a 2mm male connector.
