I am having trouble trying to find this fuse. Can anyone help identify it. It is for a sound bar.

Based on the voltage rating given on the board next to that fuse and the marking of 5A of it,
I found a couple similar to that in part 5923-0680L5000-05CT-ND and 2298-TCM-5ATR-ND that might work.
You might have to measure it and verify if the size of them is the same to make sure it’ll fit properly. The ones in the links I provided are both slow blow.
