FX SOUND BOARD 2X2W WAV/OGG 16MB NOT TRIGGERING

FX SOUND BOARD 2X2W WAV/OGG 16MB part number 2217 purchased a week ago now trying to install it. Everything working but for some reasons its not triggering. Recognized by pc and put wav files on it. After trying to test it its not triggering what do i need to do? I already rewrite the image to make sure that everything is ok. Same happened not triggering. Please tell me what to do.
