Help finding right-angle, hybrid-mount USB-C receptacle

Looking help locating a replacement usb-c connector.

I’ve found many closely matching the existing damaged connector but cannot find the right profile on the 4 mounting posts. The posts

form a square 9mm x 5.5mm (side-to-side x front-to-back).

Thank you for your post.

I was able to narrow down our options to a point, but there are a few filters left to look through.

My main concern with trying to replace that USB-C connector is the potential damage to the board and fixing some of the contact points before trying to resolder a new one.

You may have to repair some of the pads and make sure the through-hole contacts are removed from the board before placing a new part.

Also, I would make sure to check on that crease or what might be a crack in the board next to where the part was.

Thank you for your response and your additional concern regarding patching the board.
Confirmed the missing pads are floating and wont need to be repaired. The others are stressed and strained but all are intact and not via. Not certain the crack you are referring to but I’ll check the board carefully tomorrow. I think it might just be a flux line. Thanks.

I looked at the options you selected and a few look ok but not quite. One issue I’m encountering is that the DigiKey pics very often do not seem to match the spec sheets.
One example : A-USBC-32F1-EA-GRR02
Listing image shows an on-board connector and spec sheet shows mid-mount. Pic looks exactly what I need - spec sheet is way off. Is there a way to search on this characteristic - mounting profile?

Can’t search on hybrid connector either.

Also, none of the spec sheets show depth of the mounting posts from front to back. I need 5.5mm.

My best option seems to be to order a bunch and see what shows up.

Here’s what I need but there doesn’t seem to be a way to search on it:

  • USB-C
  • Hybrid connector (12 Pads and 12 through-hole).
  • On-board, right angle profile
  • Mounting posts 9mm x 5.5mm (side-to-side X front-to-back)

On our web site below the pictures it states “Image shown is a representation only. Exact specifications should be obtained from the product data sheet.”

Is there a way to search on this characteristic - mounting profile?
This mounting type is , Surface Mount, Right Angle; Through Hole

Also, none of the spec sheets show depth of the mounting posts from front to back. I need 5.5mm.
For the A-USBC-32F1-EA-GRR02 , the data sheet shows the front to back centers 4 mm + 2.16 mm - 0.70 mm = 5.46 mm , side to side back ones are 9 mm and front ones are 12mm .
