Hi, I’m trying to identify an IC on a board that is part of a disk controller. I believe it is either a mosfet or some sort of power controller itself. I have looked in all the places on the internet I can think of, but have been unable to figure it out. It has the letters PHU on it and has 8 contacts on the bottom. Thanks!
