Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum! We do have some potential substitutes for the 2SC3306 which you will find on the product display page for the DigiKey part number 488-SC33063ADR2GCT-ND. You will need to scroll down until you get to the “Substitutes” section as shown below:
Is there any particular reason that you are looking for a substitute? I ask as there is a larger list of parts that might work which you will find below, however without more context it’s hard to know what to avoid in looking for the substitute. Have a look and see if one of them works for you, and if none of them do, let us know what your application needs are, and we’ll try another search.

My apologies, it has been brought to my attention that you were not looking for a DC-DC regulator but rather the Toshiba 2SC3306. Although we do not have a direct replacement for this part, one of our engineers suggested taking a look at DigiKey part number MJW18020GOS-ND, for which you will find the datasheet HERE.
