Seems that is a capacitor from Sanyo in their PC polymer chip line. Looks like we don’t carry this line.
Based on those markings it looks to be a 100uF 16V SMD radial can capacitor.
I found many in that rating that we stock since it is quite a popular rating. You’ll likely find a good substitute for it here in the link below.
We can narrow it down by knowing about the application. Seems the Synology NAS mainboard is not audio nor automotive application so this is likely a general purpose capacitor but I’m not too sure on that.
It would also be important knowing the exact size. Please take a look at the link above and the options there, and verify at least by size which of these is the closest.
