Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum! Iā€™m not able to find anything using that information; are you able to provide more context on these? Is the HZE indicating the series name, or are the numbers found on the capacitor itself? If there is any more information, such as what they are used in, could give us more insight in finding the parts.

Hi travis.lajeunesse,

These are actually super long-life standard aluminum electrolytic caps rather than polymer caps. Specifically, the Chemi-Con Alchip-MZE series parts.
