hi , i want the replacement ic for sanyo TND505MD general purpose driver, what do you know?

Hi esinior,

I couldn’t find a direct match for the TND505MD, but it looks like the IR2113STRPBF is functionally very similar. Unfortunately, the packages are not the same dimensions, so you would have to make some layout changes to make it work.

thanks, other than it’s package, it’s output voltage is much lower (41v) in comparance of 600v
