I can’t seem to find any information about AWG for Deutsch connectors either

Welcome to the TechForum krisk! The datasheet link currently is broken, I can’t seem to link the datasheet properly though. I have attached it to my answer. I found the info for the wire gauge on page 14. The insert arrangement for this connector is 12-10. Based on the chart, the size is 20AWG. Circular connectors are quite difficult to work with. I usually try to find the insert arrangement information to see if they mention a wire gauge. As for the Deutsch connectors, do you have an example part number?
