I2C Voltage Translator

Hi! I need help looking for a suitable I2C voltage translator with the following characteristics:

  1. No integrated pullup resistor, or 100K or greater and
  2. Can accommodate VCCA = VCCB and
  3. VCC range of 1.8V to 3.3V.

I am afraid that you won’t find any voltage translator that matches all of your mentioned criteria. Texas Instruments TXB0108 matches a few though…

You should take a look at making your own with two discrete FET’s based on the information in this NXP application a note.
