Identify and source unknown SMC IC help

Hello! I’ve been trying to identify this power management IC on a Corsair NVMe m2 480gb drive. I sort of have found an indication of what it is but I also don’t know where to purchase this part from. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The capacitor near the ‘in’ pin is shorting to ground and so is the zener diode on the other side. This chip needs to be replaced but I don’t know where to buy.
