You can replace 2105B with full analogs of the following microcircuits:

  1. BP2329A with marking 2329A, Non-isolated Buck APFC Offline LED Controller, from BPS (Bright Power Semiconductor Co.), www.bpsemi.com

  2. WS3410 with marking 3410, Non-isolated Buck APFC Offline LED Driver, from Winsemi, www.winsemi.com.

Based on what’s been brought up so far it seems the best option we’d have available is part number NCP1622BECSNT1GOSCT-ND.

Unfortunately I couldn’t confirm the complete specs on the original component, so many thanks to Adam7 for the informed response!
