I would like to inquire about the exact connector configuration of this product.
Could you please confirm whether this cable is SHV female to MHV male?
I am asking because, in the datasheet, the SHV side is described only as “SHV plug,” so I would like to make sure whether it is actually SHV female or not.
I would appreciate your clarification.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum! It appears that the SHV end of the connection is considered male, with the MHV end being female according to the product attributes on the part’s product display page:
I did a search to see what I could find for SHV jacks (female) - I found THESE on the “1st connector” side and THESE for the “2nd connector” side, but no results appeared in either list with an SHV jack on one side and MHV plug on the other.
I suggest checking to see if something like part 6099-PE9335-ND might work as a possible solution:
