is BBPY00201209152Y00 a AEC-Q200 qualified component ?
I do not see that in the documentation for this part that is AEC-200 qualified.
I found an alternative that is though.
I guess, Components from
Würth Elektronik
are not recommended in Aircraft/space controlling
Sadly that item @Steven_14444 had recommend looks to be the only suitable alternative that would have that AEC-Q200 qualification.

One other similar part I found is the following part from Murata. It is AEC-Q200 rated and can handle temperatures from -55～150℃ (with reduced current rating above 85℃). Primary difference is that peak impedance is about 1,200Ω rather than 1,500Ω @ 100MHz.
