I go here: PCB Builder click on upload, submit a .kicad_pcb file, but it just stays at “Processing” with the “3 dots” animation and never completes. Is the service down?
I just uploaded a board to it to check, seems to be working.
If you want you can direct message me your files I can give it a look over.

Many thanks. I am somewhat new to this, so it’s possible there’s a problem with the board design - though I’m not getting any error messages, it just never completes the upload / processing.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have replicated your three dots/processing behavior with yours and our own .kicad_pcb project files.
We’ve experienced the issue with Kicad 8.0 and 7.0. We’re looking into this. In the meantime creating gerber files and uploading one zip file should work for you.
Here is instructions on how to generate Gerber files within Kicad I did a couple years back, features should be relatively similar for more recent versions of Kicad.
