Can the 1866-4417-ND be used on -48 telco batteries to +12v neg ground

Insulation ratings are given on page 1 of the datasheet:
The precise connection you intend is not clear from the description given, but the voltages involved would appear to be well within permissible limits. Note that EMI may also be a factor that should be considered.

I work for a telephone Co. our battery bank runs a positive ground system and I want to run a 12 neg ground radio so the input and output will have to be isolated completely. I can’t tell if that is the case from the literature.
