That is not a transistor, that is a buck (or boost) converter.
Couldn’t find the exact match yet.

I wasn’t able to identify the part on your board. Do you have any additional information, such as part’s manufacturer, or the part number?
It is possible to reach out to the manufacturer of the JBL Extreme to see if they would be able to supply you with the part number you are looking to replace.
