I’ve just started using my machine, Geetech A20M but I found one issue with layering which doesn’t make second and the following layers in the same point. I checked the machine several times if there’s jammming with X, Y and Z axes but I think I solved the problem after re-leveling. Can you tell me what to do?

Are you trying to get the start of every layer at the same position on each layer? If so, I believe that is a setting in the slicer you are using.
In Cura, you can set you Z Seam alignment to a few different options shown below.
