Thermal Liquid Cooling comes in many forms heat exchanger, immersion chiller, recirculating chiller, recirculating chiller/heater, and cold plate with power ratings from 22W to 5000W. The flow rate ranges from 0.61GPM (2.3LPM) to 3.96GPM (15.0LPM) with a thermal resistance range of 0.0055°C/W @ 2.0 GPM to 0.084°C/W @ 1.5 GPM.

Product Type: Provides a basic description of device function.
Power - Cooling: Indicates a device’s rated maximum cooling capacity, under manufacturer-defined test conditions.
Current: The maximum amount of current used during operation.
Voltage: Indicates the span over which a device’s operational supply voltage may be permitted to vary.
Flow Rate: Maximum fluid flow rate produced by devices with an integral pump.
Power Input: The nominal AC input power requirement for a temperature control unit.
Thermal Resistance @ GPM: The temperature difference between a cooled object and cooling fluid (usually water) per unit of heat transfer, given a fluid flow rate as indicated in GPM (Gallons Per Minute).
Fluid Capacity: Internal fluid holding capacity of a device.
Operating Temperature: Recommended operating temperature, typically given in a range or as a maximum. Exceeding these temperatures may affect performance or damage the device and other system components.
Connection Type: Indicates the style of fittings provided for fluid flow connections.
Weight: Indicates the overall weight of the part.
Dimensions - Overall: Indicates the overall length, width, and height of the part.
Ratings: Minimum performance standards of the device, which are typically set by a third party.
Features: These are different capabilities or properties of the device such as an adjustable pump or auto restart.
