Looking for a cable assembly plug for jack, STX-3200-5CB-ND

I have audio jack, STX-3200-5CB-ND, DigiKey Part# 2092-STX-3120-5B-ND and I need the barrel plug, cable assembly that matches it.
The jack has two independent switches and in the unplugged state they are NC. When the plug is inserted, each switch now connects to one of the cable leads.
