i had the same issue with a bad ssd i got off ebay tho mine was an E16 based ssd. but the PCB is generic between both.

PCB components actually differ between E12 models. my sabrent rocket does not use this UdcZB (or any other similar name, i cannot find what it is).

but thats a really important thing to note. my sabrent rocket does not use this component and instead has a pptc fuse on the other side.

you can desolder the blown PMIC? solder in a PPTC fuse on the other side and itll work again.

i didnt have one on hand so i kinda just used “a fuse” defo should replace that but not too sure what the correct spec will be.

seems i cant edit to add photos to show what i did. see udczb is now removed, maybe should remove the other caps and stuff around it, no idea. Imgur: The magic of the Internet

I used (IR 50A | CR 3A | VR 63V Fuse - LCSC P/N C140478) its not the correct part by any means, really anything to bridge the two pads would work assuming no upstream short.

not sure what the correct part here would be, ideally id also like to find a suitable part so it has the right fuse there.
