Looking for a Replacement for Inductor LH13P04A

This inductor is used in various arcade CRT monitors (yes, from the 1980s). In this case, it is from a Sega 200-5044

Numbers on the unit:

LH13P04A (on the bottom) WLH-28A (I think this the factory it was made at, and month and year (April 1982) but I’m guessing, and 4F16076AA.

Does anyone who worked on old TVs know what the value of this inductor is? It’s cooked.

Unfortunately the schematic doesn’t provide a value for this inductor.
