Looking for these or similar connectors which are used for high end RC servos.

nope. I am trying to find that out. They’re used on KST, Xpert, and majority of high-end servos
Unfortunately I cannot come up with a part number for this one.
Servos commonly use a pseudo-standard 0.1" pitch, rectangular-pin connector.
One typically picks the housing first, then the contacts. Many sources exist for connectors that will more or less intermate when assembled, but supplier X’s contacts cannot be assured of fitting supplier Y’s housings properly.
Some servo supplier are also known to use housings with adaptations from the generic pattern to reduce the chances for improper connection.
