We are looking for the radiation-hardened FRAM by Infineon called CYRS15B102Q-GGMB. It shows on the Infineon website that Digikey is a distributor but I can’t find it on the website, same with Mouser and etc.
I asked Infineon and they said that the part is active and preferred, but I can’t seem to find a source of where to buy these.
Anyone know where to aquire them?
