looking for GaN based half bridges or full bridges evaluation board with gate driver for 250-400V and 3.3kW power rating for Dual active bridge DC-DC converter.
Kindly suggest evaluation/ development board for the same

You might want to try the ST Community Home - STMicroelectronics Community or the Texas Instruments E2E TI E2E support forums They would have a greater parts based knowledge for the parameters you have supplied.

GaN options seem to give way to SiC as voltages increase. One may wish to take a look at TI’s TIDA-010054 as an example that seems close to the stated goal.

Thanks for sharing but all these boards are IGBT or Mosfet switches but i am looking for GaN based half-bridge or full bridge evaluation board for 400V, 3.3kW OUTPUT.
