Judging by this video on YouTube, I would almost be willing to bet these are custom to MidNite. I did see that new inductors are included with a replacement power board for this assembly. You may want to contact MidNite directly to see if they are available separately from the power board. That would be my recommendation.

You should check the video that slycer2002 linked to in YouTube. It has a contact phone number at the end. They should be able to point you in the right direction for getting replacement inductors.
