Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum! In looking at the markings, the 2R2 is most likely calling out the value of the inductor, which in this case would be 2.2uH. I was unable to locate anything indicating what the other part markings are calling out. Also, and it could be that I just am looking at the picture incorrectly, but it appears that the inductor is connected to some small lead pads in addition to the large SMD pad it is resting on. If that is the case, then this is most likely going to be more complicated than a simple fixed inductor, possibly a switch of sort. It is highly likely this is a proprietary part made specifically for that board.
